7-day replacement, for real
If your machine arrives dead, damaged or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it. Reverse pickup is on us.
Dead on arrival = money back
If a replacement isn't possible, DOA orders get a full refund — including COD orders (via UPI/bank transfer within 48 hours of pickup verification).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — message us on WhatsApp. Reserve deposits are fully refundable before the machine ships.
How to claim
WhatsApp us your order number and a short unboxing video (please film your first opening — it protects both of us and makes claims instant).
What's not covered
Crash damage from use, water damage, and normal tyre/battery wear — that's what our spares shelf is for.
